Enab./disab. Bonjour
Selecting Active allows you to use Bonjour to perform the network settings.
Enter service name
Specifies the Bonjour service name. You can use up to 48 characters for the name.
Note
You cannot use the same service name as that already used for other LAN connected
devices.
LPR serv. advertising
Selects whether to advertise the Line PRinter daemon protocol (LPR) service using Bonjour.
Note
Select ON for this setting and Active for LPR setting to advertise the Line PRinter daemon
protocol (LPR) service.
LPR setting
Activates/deactivates the LPR setting.
Reset LAN settings
Initializes the network settings on the machine.
Important
Note that initialization erases all connection settings with computers, and printing or scanning
operation may become impossible. To use the machine over network, refer to your setup
manual. Be careful when you initialize the network settings on the machine.

When you initialize the network settings using the Canon IJ Network Tool, refer to
Network Settings of the Machine .
