Figure 96 Run Commands
If a user runs the job manually from the Run command, the current rotation configuration of the job is
used, and the rotation set is not advanced. If a scheduled job fails to run properly for some reason, such
as the devices were offline at the time, the job is left in the Current Rotation Set, and the user has the
option of running it again manually.

When Do Copy Sets Advance?

If no rotation sets are defined for the backup job, the copy jobs are always advanced to the Next
Copy Set each time the job is completed.
If rotation sets are defined for the backup job, the same rules apply as for the rotation set. The copy set
uses the Next Copy Set only if it is run from the scheduler or the Run next schedule command. If it is run
manually (using the Run command), the current copy set is used.

Error Handling

If the copy job fails to be created or configured for any reason, the job status will show that the copy
has failed.
