Many commands can be performed from the Catalog view, including all of the commands on the Devices
view and the Job Status view. These commands include running jobs, stopping jobs, formatting media,
and so on.
The advantage of the Catalog view is that it can display all of the objects in the catalog at once.
TIP:
To minimize the number of files that appear in this view on larger systems, click the Filter button and filter
the list to display fewer items based on creation date or other criteria.
