The Options page in the Properties of a media job is used to set various parameters for the media job.
Each type of media job has different options and some media jobs don't require any options. You should
use the default values unless your particular media job needs require different settings.
The following sections describe the options for each type of media job.

Clean Job

A Clean Job has no options.

Copy Job

Source Device
The device and media to be copied is selected on the Source Device tab. For details on selecting a source

The device and media to which the copy is to be made is selected on the Destination Device tab. For

Log Options

Eject Job

An Eject Job has no options.

Erase Job

Erase Options
You can select to do a Quick erase or a Secure erase. The Secure erase option erases multiple times to
remove any trace of the data. However, because it makes multiple passes, it takes significantly longer
than the Quick erase and should only be used when you need it for security.

Format Job

Media Security
You must enter a name for the media in the New media name field. You can also give the media a
password by entering it into the Media password and Verify password fields.
Folder where new media will be placed
Enter or browse to the folder where the media will be placed.
