This is useful because it allows you to select the copy job, open its Properties page, make amendments to
the copy policy and rerun the copy job independently of the backup job.
NOTE:
Be aware that any changes you make in this way are not applied to the Copy Policy in the original backup
job. The next time the backup job is run, it will revert to the original Copy Policy settings, unless you go
back into the backup job and edit them. Placing the automatically created copy job into the backup job
folder indicates the dependency between the two jobs.

Copy Media and Folder Structure

All media folders are created automatically under the backup job to which they relate. Jobs with a
rotation schedule have a Rotation Media folder with sub-folders for each of the rotation sets. The Copy
job creates a Copy Rotation folder at the same level as the Rotation media folder. Sub-folders mirror the
structure of the Rotation Media folder, except there may be multiple copy sets.
