This appendix includes the following topics:

Viewing Intel SCS logs

Out of Band Management Component installs Intel SCS. Intel SCS handles the
interaction with Intel AMT devices and creates logs to record these interactions.
The logs are located in the Intel SCS database (Default:
Symantec_CMDB_IntelAMT). If you have problems configuring, connecting to,
managing, or otherwise interacting with the Intel AMT devices, you can check
the logs through the Symantec Management Console.
If you want to view more detailed information in the logs, on the General page,
change the log level.
