Powering On a Single-Chassis System for the First Time
To power on a Cisco CRS-1 router for the first time, perform the following procedure.

Power on the router.
Identify the primary RP.
Connect a terminal to the Console port of the primary RP.
Enter the initial configuration as prompted in the Setup mode.
Enter the optional configuration, as required.
Verify the system.
