The utility automatically finds your appliance in less than 1 minute if both systems are on the same subnet.

All virtual sites must have an owner before the virtual site can be created. The site administrator is the owner. Therefore, the site administrator account must first be created by creating a new user.

    Factory Defaults The TaskSmart W2200 appliance server can be returned to the original factory image or upgraded to the latest factory image by using the Compaq TaskSmart W-Series Appliance Quick Restore CD. CAUTION: The Compaq TaskSmart W-Series Quick Restore CD erases the system and all data is then destroyed.

Set Number of Starting Servers—This option changes the number of starting servers to 8 and is a typical, general purpose configuration. 2.

This option limits the number of requests that any one client can make and is a typical, general purpose configuration.

Set Maximum Spare Servers—This option changes the maximum number of spare servers to 200 and prevents the system from trying to service more users than it is capable of servicing. 4. Set Maximum Clients—This option changes the maximum number of simultaneous users to 256 and limits the maximum number of clients who can connect to the server at any one time.
