5. If both systems are not on the same subnet, then click the Start Search
field and enter the subnet range that you noted in step 2 of this section.
Click the green button to restart the search. The utility automatically
finds your appliance in less than 1 minute if both systems are on the
same subnet.
6. Find your appliance in the list on your screen, and then click the
IP Address or Name field for the appliance. Your browser will launch
and the appliance configuration screen is displayed.
NOTE: For security reasons, be sure to change the appliance passwords from the default
passwords.
7. After the System Administrator ID and password are changed from the
defaults, double-click the Authentication field for the appliance in the
Windows utility to enter the new authentication information.
The system is initialized, and the user mode has been designated as System
Administrator. With these tasks completed, the Web Server Configuration
Application is accessible. The System Administrator URL is:
