ID check transmission setting

ID check transmission limits fax transmission to when the lower four digits of the fax number
you dialed and those registered in the destination machine are matched. Transmission is allowed
only when the passcodes are matched.
Operating tips
●Select ON or OFF of ID check transmission.
●A protect passcode needs to be registered in advance. (page 5-34)
● Even when ON selected, you can perform only one communication with ID check transmission OFF by
pressing the soft key for [ID Check Tx] before starting communication.
● Even when OFF selected, you can perform only one communication with ID check transmission ON by
pressing the soft key for [ID Check Tx].
