Countermeasure
[Enter] was pressed when three or less digits were entered in the
block junk number. Enter four digits.
[Enter] was pressed when three or less digits were entered in the
ID code for F-code security box. Enter four digits.
[Enter] was pressed without entering the sub-address in the F-
code polling or F-code transmission. Enter the sub-address.
The department code is wrong. Enter the correct department code.
Paper for reception is not loaded. This is displayed when paper
that has been set as other than plain paper is loaded in the cas-
sette. The received document cannot be printed on this type of
paper.
The memory has overflowed during reception. Wait for the memory
to become available, or delete unnecessary documents.
[Delayed Commands] was pressed without any command.
Printing the command list was instructed when no document has
been reserved for communication.
No document in the F-Code box.
· Check the F-Code reception information.
· Print out the F-Code document list and check if there is a docu-
ment.
When deleting or printing the document in the F-Code bulletin
box, the unregistered bulletin board box or the box including no
document has been selected.
The box including no document has been selected when deleting or
printing the batch transmission document.
Polling has been specified in the command document printing.
[Store Doc List], [Batch Tx Doc.] or [F-Code Doc.] was pressed
when the box has no document.
The passcode is needed to use the security functions, but none has
been entered. Re-enter the passcode.
Communication history screen does not have the fax transmission/
reception history.
Printing the auto print journal was instructed when no communi-
cation has been executed.
Due to insufficient memory, the document cannot be stored for the
batch transmission, polling or bulletin board. Store the document
when memory becomes available.
The destination number is not registered in the one-touch keys or
speed-dials. Check the list for one-touch keys or speed-dials and
operate again.
Nothing is registered when trying to print each list. Register each
item and operate again.
When the dial double-push setting is ON, reentered number does
not mach the one at first entry. Enter the correct number.
