Settings
● Enter a series of operations in the macro program key to allow all the entered operations
to be performed by one press of the key.
● Entering the fi xed operation is useful when the same copy is made or the same fax is
transmitted frequently.
Operating tips
● Check and record the operating instructions fi rst for the settings you want to enter, which is helpful for
entering the settings easily and quickly.
● There are six macro program keys. Up to 60 steps of operation can be entered in each key. (One step is
equivalent to one selection or press of a key.)
● When steps are being entered in the macro program, the machine will sound the beeps and the mode
keys (<COPY>, <FAX>, <SCAN> and <PRINTER>) will blink. As the number of steps that can be
entered becomes close to the limit, the beeps will sound and the keys will blink in shorter intervals.
● The following functions cannot be entered in the macro program when the color scanning function is ON.
Doc.Type, Contrast, Resolution, Scan Size, Zoom, Color Adjustment
● The Offi ceBridge functions cannot be entered in the macro program.
● Operations using the OB personal address book cannot be entered in the macro program.
