Searching for a destination

You can quickly search for a destination located in your machine-side address book or on an
LDAP server.
Operating tips
In order to search an LDAP server, the server must be registered in advance.
For more information about set up, refer to the "PC User's Guide".

Convenient Methods for Selecting a Destination

Simple search
You can search for an e-mail address by entering the destination name, part of the
destination name or a part of the e-mail address.

Press [Search].
