Forwarding Received
Documents
Documents (faxes) received within a preset time can be forwarded to a specifi ed
destination. This is useful, for example, if you want to check faxes received in the offi ce at
home during non-offi ce hours. Up to ten forwarding conditions can be entered.

Faxes cannot be forwarded when the reception mode is set to "Tel ready mode". Make sure that you are
using a reception mode other than "Tel ready mode". (page 1-60)

Entering forwarding conditions

Operating tips
Enter the forwarding conditions as follows:
· Individual settings
Set this to "ON" to enable fax forwarding for each individual forwarding destination. If the overall fax
forwarding setting is set to ON, forwarding will start at the specifi ed time.
· Specifi ed time
Forwarding starts at the specifi ed time. If no time is entered, forwarding starts regardless of the time.
· Auto print
If this is set to "ON", the received document will be printed out at the forwarder at the same time as at
the forwarding destination.
Receive
From 4:45pm on Friday
to 7:00am on Monday
Forward
Off on Saturday and Sunday
1 Press the <Setting> key.
