6 Gently pull out the paper
jammed in the fuser unit.

Gently remove the paper jammed
in the transfer roller.
In this case
If the following cases occur, contact your Muratec dealer.

Paper wrapped around the transfer roller
●
Paper folded and pulled into the transfer roller
●
Paper tears when you attempt to remove it, and pieces are still jammed in the fuser unit.
