■Energy Save Period
You can set the time for the machine to switch from low power mode
or sleep mode to normal state, or vice-versa.
"Start Time" .......... When this is set to ON, the time for low power
mode to start can be set.
"Reset Time" .......... When this is set to ON, the time for low power
mode to be reset can be set.
The "transmission/reception report" can be automatically printed. In
addition, it can be automatically the specifi ed time everyday.
"Setting" ................ When this is set to ON, the "transmission/recep-
tion report" is automatically printed when the
latest number of transmission and reception
reaches 100.
"Print time" ........... When this is set to ON, the "transmission/recep-
tion report" is automatically printed at the speci-
fi ed time everyday.
Note
The "transmission/reception report" cannot be automatically printed.
When turned ON, you can sort the report by the executed time. This
can make it easier to locate specifi c jobs and to confi rm job status.
When turned OFF, the report will be sorted by communication time.
Register the protect passcode required for using the security functions
(secure reception, department management protect, copy protect).
To change the protect passcode, you must enter the registered one
fi rst. To delete the protect passcode, enter "0000".
Prohibits copying.
When this is set to ON, the display will not switch to the copy screen
even if the <COPY> key is pressed. Fax & copy mode will not be pos-
sible, either.
You can limit the users when sending faxes or making copies by re-
quiring input of a department code.
