Editing or Deleting Speed Dial Entries

To modify or delete existing speed dial entries:
Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.

Touch Address Book.
Touch the Down arrow, then touch Individuals or Groups.

Touch the desired Speed Dial entry, using the scroll arrows if necessary.
5.
Touch one of the following:
Edit Details allows you to modify the properties of the speed dial entry. For details, see
an Individual
Clear Entry removes the entry from the address book. Touch Clear Entry to confirm the action.
Touch Close.

Using Chain Dial

Chain dial creates a single fax recipient telephone number by adding two or more numbers together. For
example, an area code or extension number can be stored separately from the rest of the telephone
number. Access chain dialing from the Address Book.
To create a chain dial number:
1.
Press the Services Home button, then touch Fax.
2.
Touch Address Book.
3.
Touch the Down arrow, then touch Individuals.
4.
Touch Chain Dial.
5.
To combine numbers with an existing speed dial entry, use any combination of the following:
a.
Touch the Recipient field, then use the touch screen keypad to enter numbers.
Touch the desired speed dial entry from the list, using the scroll arrows if necessary. Touch Add

to Recipient. The numbers are added together in the Recipient field.

Touch Save. The combined number appears as a single recipient in the Recipients list.
Touch Close. You can now send the fax.
