With the Xerox Scan Utility, you can create profiles containing email or folder destination information.
Use the profiles when sending scanned images as email attachments or copying scanned images to
specific folders.
Creating or Editing Email Profiles
To create or revise an email profile:
1. Access the Xerox

Windows: Right-click the Xerox
®
Xerox Scan Utility. If the icon does not appear in the taskbar, click Start > Programs > Xerox
Office Printing > Scanning > Xerox

Macintosh: Navigate to Applications > Xerox
Scan Utility.
Click the Scan to Email tab.

3. Select one of the following options:

To create a new profile, type the name in the Email Profiles field.

To edit an existing profile, select a profile from the Email Profiles drop-down list.
4. To create a unique name for one or more of the scanned images in the thumbnail view:
a. Select the images.
b. Click the Base Attachment Name field, then type a file name.

Deleting Email Profiles
To delete an email profile:

Scan Utility on your computer using one of the following methods:
