VirusScan detects, identifies and disinfects known
Windows 95 computer viruses. It checks memory, the
system and data areas of disks for infections. In most
cases, it eliminates the virus and fully repairs infected
programs or system areas to their original condition.
Pressing the NEC Customize button from the Windows
desktop adds this to the Start Up group. The software
then runs each time you boot into Windows.

CyberMedia First Aid 97

The CyberMedia First Aid 97 program checks your system
and verifies that you have all the correct drivers and files
for running applications or using your hardware.
If your system seems to be running at less than peak
performance, double click on the First Aid icon to check
system resources.
If you need to run First Aid 97, do so as follows:
From the Start menu, highlight CyberMedia First

Aid 97, and select First Aid 97.
Press the Start button on the First Aid window.

For more information about First Aid, press the Advisor
button.

ONLINE SERVICES

Your NEC Versa comes with the most popular online
services available including Prodigy Internet, America
Online, CompuServe, and AT&T WorldNet Signup.
Prodigy can be found in its own folder and the other
services are found in the Online Services program group on
the desktop. To use the services, you need to install the
software. Simply highlight and click on the installation icon
and follow the on-screen instructions.
