WHAT TO DO
The keyboard is not working. Call your authorized
NECCSD service representative.
Unlock the system to proceed.
The monitor type in Setup is incorrectly defined.
Run Setup and fix the monitor type.
The operating system cannot be found on either
drive A or C. Enter Setup and see if the hard disk
drive and drive A are properly defined.
In Setup, check that the boot device sequence is set
properly. To boot from a CD, check that the CD-
ROM reader is specified as the first boot device.
A parity error was found in the system bus (check
1) or in the I/O Bus (check 2). Call your authorized
NECCSD service representative.
This message appears after a recoverable error
message occurs. Press F1 to start the boot
process; F2 to enter Setup to change settings.
This message appears if the system fails the
previous power-on self-test. The system loads the
defaults and offers to run Setup.
Run Setup and verify that the system parameters
are set correctly.
If the message persists, call your authorized service
representative.
The real-time clock failed the BIOS test. The board
may need repair. Call your authorized service
representative.
Shadow RAM failed at offset nnnn of the 64KB
block where the error was detected. Call your
authorized service representative.
