6-Cell Extended-Life Battery
Congratulations on purchasing a 6-cell Extended-Life Battery (kit OP-570-74503) for your NEC
®
Versa notebook computer! Install the Extended-Life Battery in the primary battery bay of the
computer, instead of the 3-cell primary battery that ships with your notebook computer. Like the
3-cell primary battery, the 6-cell Extended-Life Battery allows you to run your system when the
system is not plugged into a 120- or 240-volt, 50- or 60-Hz wall outlet. Use the 6-cell Extended-
Life Battery if you want to run your system on battery power for a longer time before you must
recharge the battery.
