From an application, click [Print] on the [File] menu.
The [Print] dialog box appears.

In the pop-up menu, click [Job Log].

On the [Job Type:] pop-up menu, select the appropriate setting.

In the [User ID] box, enter the user ID using up to eight alphanumeric (a-z,
A-Z, 0-9) characters.

❒ This is used to identify the user associated with a job.

Set the number of copies to two or more, and then click [Print].
The sample print job is sent to the machine, and one set is printed.

Check the printed output to make sure the settings are correct.
