The cutter is held by a latch inside the media compartment and
can be tilted forward to facilitate media load. A switch prevents
the cutter from operating when in open position.
The optional label taken sensor cannot be used with the cutter.
There is no front door when a cutter is installed.
The cutter can be fitted with an optional tray for collecting cut-
off labels.
To perform the cut-off procedure
1 Open the cutter and the side door.
2 Turn the printhead lift lever clockwise to raise the printhead.
