Problem -

Recommended Action
1. Have qualified person check primary voltage to insure it meets unit
requirements see Section "2.05 or 2.08 Input Wiring Specifications".
2. Missing phase. Measure all 3 phases, L1 to L2, L2 to L3 and L3 to
L1. Best to take these measurements at the input bridge AC terminals
which are marked ~ ,this way it also checks that the voltage is getting
through the rear panel circuit breaker.
3. Return to authorized service center for repair or replacement.
