4) ELECTRODE OR TIP INSTALLATION COMMUNICATION SCREEN
The electrode or tip installation communication screen is displayed when the tip and electrode are not
installed correctly or wear seriously. Check or replace the worn tip and electrode.
5) INPUT VOLTAGE COMMUNICATION SCREEN
The input voltage communication screen is displayed when the input voltage is out of range or missing
phase.
CE & RCM: the input voltage is under AC340V or above AC460V, check that the input voltage is not less
than AC360V or more than AC440V.
ETL: the input voltage is under AC408V or above AC552V, check that the input voltage is not less than
AC430V or more than AC528V.
(6) START ERROR COMMUNICATION SCREEN
Start signal is active before Input Power Main Switch is turned to ON position.
Start can be active for the following:
• Hand torch switch held closed
• CNC start signal held on
