Suggestion
1. Determine the positions of the input
and output circuit breakers associated
with [ESC-No] and the AC input
power switch of the PSU.
2. Issue a hibernation command to all
ESRs, and turn off the switch on the
battery side, the switch on the bus
side, and the AC input power switch
of the PSU. Then wait for 5 minutes.
3. Check the ventilation of [ESC-No]
and whether the ambient
temperature exceeds the upper
threshold.
4. If the ventilation is poor or the
ambient temperature is too high,
improve the ventilation and heat
dissipation.
5. If an indoor fan fault alarm is
generated and cannot be cleared
after the fan is restarted, contact the
vendor or technical support.
6. Check whether any outdoor fan for
rack controllers is faulty.
7. If the ventilation, ambient
temperature, and outdoor fans are
normal and the alarm persists,
contact the vendor or technical
support.
