The IO expansion
board is faulty.

The communication
address of the current
device conflicts with
that of the device to
be connected.

If ALM-3833 Rectifier Fault, ALM-3834 Rectifier Protection, ALM-3835 Rectifier
Communication Failure, ALM-3836 Rectifier Power Failure, or ALM-3837 Rectifier Output
Overvoltage is generated, rectify the fault by referring to the following table.

Suggestion
1. Wait for 20 to 30 minutes for the
system to automatically stop forced
dehumidification.
2. If you manually start forced
dehumidification, the system will shut
down after forced dehumidification is
completed. You need to manually start
the system.
3. If forced dehumidification is
automatically started, the system
automatically restores to the original
state after forced dehumidification is
completed.
1. Check whether the cable between the
I/O expansion board and the CMU
(RS485-1) is correctly connected. If
not, reconnect the cable.
2. Check whether the power cable of the
I/O expansion board is loose. If yes,
connect the cable securely.
3. If the fault persists, contact your
technical support.
Change the local address or the address
of the device to be connected.
Status Description
