Installing the touch panel (optional)

Learn how to install the optional touch panel control (TPC) and connect the required harnesses for
communication with the projector.
1. To secure the ball arm, fasten with the four screws.
Torque to 20in-lb.
2. Install the TPC arm onto the ball arm.
3. Install the touch screen monitor onto the TPC arm.
4. Connect the touch screen monitor communication harness to the USB-C port on the Video
Input panel.

Projector power modes

The Cinema 2K-RBe projectors track laser operation hours for the laser optical subsystem (LOS).
The projector operates with the following power modes:
Mode
Projector on
Light source on
Standby
Hibernate
IMB powered in Standby

Using the web user interface (Web UI)

Use a web browser to use the web UI to access projector functionality.
1. Log into the Web UI.
The default IP address is 192.168.206.110.

• Laser optical subsystem (LOS) is off
• Integrated Media Block (IMB) is on
• CineLife+ electronics and light engine are on
• LOS is on
• Fans run at full speed
• IMB is on
• CineLife+ electronics remain on standby with the light engine off
• Fans and LOS are off
• IMB is off—IMB automation does not function
• Ethernet PHY for Wake On LAN (WOL)magic packet and Hibernate Interface
switch powered and enabled
• Other parts of the projector are off
• Turns on the IMB
• Increases the air flow inside the projector to cool the card cage electronics
