What It Indicates
A Monitor pttn (test patterns for the Network, DSX-1, or
Sync Data port) is active (test patterns for the Network,
DSX-1, or Sync Data port) for the identified slot and port.
The Lamp Test is active, causing the LEDs on the front
panel to light.
