APM Card Failed, The NAM detects an APM
Slot xx failure for the identified slot.
OOF(EDL), Slot xx An Out of Frame (OOF)
Port n condition is detected for the
identified slot and port.
condition occurs when any two
of five consecutive frame
synchronizing bits received
from the remote unit are
incorrect. This condition clears
when a reframe occurs.
1. Cabling problem.
2. T1 facility problem.
EER, Slot xx Port n An Excessive Error Rate
(EER) condition is detected for
the identified slot and port.
Primary Clock Failed A failure of the primary clock
source configured for the NAM
is detected and the secondary
clock is providing the timing
for the NAM. This condition
clears when the configured
primary clock is restored.
Secondary Clock A failure of the secondary
Failed clock source configured for the
NAM is detected and the
internal clock is providing the
timing for the NAM. The clock
source will not automatically
switch from internal until the
primary clock source returns.
Network Com Link The network communication
Down link is down for the COM port.
This condition occurs only
when the COM port is
configured for Net Link and
communications between the
management system and the
T1 access unit is not currently
possible for the port.

installed is the correct type.
If so, choose Accept . If not,
install the correct APM
type.
