Click on SNMP to invoke the Edit SNMP Config screen where you can edit SNMP (Simple
Network Management Protocol) configuration.
Enter or select the appropriate values. Click on
clear your setting. The following table gives the range of values for each option.

Description
A description of the SNMP agent system. The
description is represented by a string of up to 255
characters (no spaces).

request arrives from the SNMP manager with an invalid
community name.
True: A trap is generated when an SNMP request
with an unrecognized community name is received.
False: A trap is not generated when an SNMP
request with an unrecognized community name is
received.
