R-IN32M3 Module

Control Reset

2.4
The R-IN32M3 Module has a single reset pin on the 9-pin connector interface. The R-
IN32M3 Module can be deactivated by the input of a low-level voltage to the reset pin, and
it can be restarted by the input of a high-level voltage to the reset pin.
Error! Reference source not found. shows the circuits of the R-IN32M3 Module. The pull-
up resistor is internal, so there is no need to place an external pull-up resistor.
The figure below shows the signal timing of the reset operation to the R-IN32M3 Module. A
wait of at least 10 ms is required until the power supply voltage becomes stable, after
which the /RESET signal can be de-asserted. The /RESET signal must be at the active
level for at least 1 μs in order for the R-IN32M3 Module to properly recognize a reset.
The states of each of the pins during a reset are as follows.
