The R-IN32M3 Module pins are for the interface with the power supply, the SPI, which is a
slave interface, applying a reset, and clock signals.

3.3V ±0.15V DC power supply
Ground
I Slave select: Active low to enable the slave device
I Reset of the whole R-IN32M3 Module: Active low
O Master in slave out. Data from slave to master
I Master out slave in. Data from master to slave
I Serial clock: The master provides the clock to shift the data.
O EtherCAT sync signal for distributed clocks
O EtherCAT sync signal for distributed clocks
® will be added in a future software update. Pin 8 and pin 9 EtherCAT sync
