Performing maintenance
Check solenoid valve vapor elimination (service level / relay test K04)
Test criteria
• Solenoid valve works perfectly.
If No
Troubleshooting according to service manual.
Inform operator.
Check siphon pump (service level / relay test K05)
Test criteria
• Siphon pump works perfectly.
If No
Troubleshooting according to service manual.
Inform operator.
Check pump circulation (service level / relay test K17)
Test criteria
• Pump circulation works properly.
If No
Troubleshooting according to service manual.
Inform operator.
Check motor cooking chamber for noise
Test criteria
• Motor cooking chamber runs with minimal to no noise.
If no
• Check fan wheel for imbalance.
• Recommendation of the manufacturer:
Change motor and fan wheel.
8.13 Check Gas Components
Action
• Switch on the ventilation system.
• Open the gas inlet.
• Switch on the device.
• In case of two devices next to each other - switch on both devices.
Checking for leak tightness outside the unit
Test criteria
• Gas-carrying parts tight (see "Checking tightness out- side the device").
• If No,
