Mechanical Assembly

NOTICE
Short circuit
Bent connector pins can destroy the product by short
circuit.
Ensure that the connectors are not damaged during

installation.
Damaged connectors must be replaced before
X
commissioning.
The product is intended for mounting in
a control cabinet with protection class
IP54 according to DIN EN 60529 or
type 12 according to NEMA 250.
The installation serves to protect the
product from conductive contamination.
If forces (tension, vibration, movement)
have an effect on the connection cable
or plug connectors, the forces must be
intercepted by additional measures in di-
rect proximity to the product, for examp-
le by fixing the leads with a cable tie.
If only one supply voltage for the power and the cont-
rol electronics is provided, ensure that the motor is not
connected.
Check the product for outwardly visible damage
X
before installation. Do not install any damaged control-
lers.
The drive must be attached to a flat surface. The
X
flange screws must be protected against loosening
with spring washers or screw locking varnish.

ACHTUNG
Kurzschluss
Umgebogene Stecker-Pins können das Produkt durch
Kurzschluss zerstören.
Achten Sie bei der Installation darauf, dass die
X
Steckverbinder nicht beschädigt werden.
Beschädigte Steckverbinder müssen vor Inbetrieb-
X
nahme getauscht werden.
Das Produkt ist zur Montage in einen
Schaltschrank mit der Schutzart IP54
nach DIN EN 60529 bzw. Typ 12 nach
NEMA 250 vorgesehen.
Der Einbau dient zum Schutz des Pro-
dukts vor leitfähigen Verschmutzungen.
Wirken Kräfte (Zug, Vibration, Bewe-
gung) auf die Anschlussleitung oder den
Steckverbinder, müssen diese durch
zusätzliche Maßnahmen in direkter Nähe
zum Produkt abgefangen werden, z.B.
durch die Fixierung der Litzen mit einem
Kabelbinder.
Wenn nur eine Versorgungsspannung für die Leistung
und die Regelelektronik vorgesehen ist, achten Sie darauf,
dass der Motor nicht angeschlossen ist.
Prüfen Sie das Produkt vor der Installation auf äußer-

lich sichtbare Beschädigungen. Bauen Sie beschä-
digte Regelelektroniken nicht ein.
Der Antrieb muss an einer planen Oberfläche befes-
X
tigt werden. Die Flanschschrauben müssen mit Feder-
scheiben oder Schraubensicherungslack gegen Lösen
geschützt werden.
Bei Getriebemotoren sind die entsprechenden Daten

der Dokumentation zum Getriebe zu entnehmen.
