Preparing to Install - Network Monitoring Software
The clock is provided with a Network Monitoring Software, allowing the user to view, program, and
monitor the clocks (displays). The Network Monitoring Software is provided along with the clock on a
CD and will be used once the clock(s) has been powered and connected to the network. Therefore, at
this stage, the software should be ready and available.
In addition to the CD, the Network Monitoring Software is also available to be downloaded from our
website as per the below link. Please also note that the Network Monitoring Software is available
in two different versions: One version is meant for the hard-wired network clocks, while the second
version is meant for the Wi-Fi network clocks. Make sure that you download the correct software
version depending on the type of clock you have.

Instructions for downloading and installing the Network Monitoring Software:
1. Create a folder on your computer called Network Monitor
2. If you have the Network Monitor on a CD:
a. Load the CD into your computer's CD Drive
b. Open the file on the CD and select the file ending in extension ".exe"
c. Copy the file to your Network Monitor folder.
3. If you downloaded the Network Monitor from our website:
a. Locate the Network Monitor file in your computer's Downloads folder.
b. Select the file and copy all of its contents to your Network Monitor folder.
4. If you received the Network Monitor as an email attachment, refer to your email provider's
instructions for downloading email attachments.
5. In order to use the Network Monitoring Software, port 1777 must be open in the facility's firewall.
6. If your computer has a security software
in use, please make sure that it is not
blocking the network monitoring
software (if it is, you need to allow it
to run by having it "whitelisted" on your
computer).
7. Once the software is running on your
computer, you can proceed with the
next steps of the installation
instructions. At this stage, no clocks
(displays) will appear in the network
monitoring software until additional
steps are taken, as described later on
in this manual.
