The sbdconfig.exe software only works with the SBL 3200 or 3300 series. • Sapling’s USB to RS485 converter needs to be purchased separately. When the display is set to the 12-hour format, a circular light will appear in the top left corner of the display to indicate PM, or disappear to indicate AM. -

How can I display “BELL” and “FirE” on the clock? “FirE” displays can be programmed by either the Sapling 2000 or 3000 Series Master Clocks. The master clock must interface with the fire alarm system in order to display “FirE.” To display “BELL”, a 3000 Series Master Clock, which receives a signal from an existing bell system, must be used. -
Page 42: Troubleshooting
What happens if the clock does not receive the signal? Take the clock within close proximity to the transmitter and power the clock. If the clock does not correct, call Sapling technical support. I have a location with a marginal signal. What should I do? Try to install a repeater, part number SMA-1SR-0000-1 in a nearby area to the location or install a 110 volt clock. -
