Mandatory Network Configuration – for both IP Hard-Wired and Wi-Fi
Both the hard-wired IP clocks (displays) and the Wi-Fi clocks (displays) include a built-in web interface,
allowing the user to perform additional configurations.
This section will include instructions on how to do so. The settings are the same for both the Wi-Fi clocks
(displays) and for the IP hard-wired clocks (displays); however, their built-in web interface looks slightly
different. Therefore, you will see the same instructions for both types of network clocks (displays) with a
split page showing images of the built-in web interface for the IP hard-wired clocks (displays) on one side,
while the images of the built-in web interface for the Wi-Fi clocks (displays) will be shown on the other side.
See the below images of both web interface Home Pages as examples.
Using the Network Monitoring Software, each clock/display can be easily identified for the purpose of
configuring additional mandatory settings (such as GMT/UTC offset, DST rule, and the coordinates of the
installation location/facility location), allowing the top square analog clock to present local time, while the
digital displays will automatically correct for prayer times on a daily basis. Additional optional settings may
include displaying time format in either a 12 or 24-hour format, changing the display brightness settings
(high, medium, or low), etc.
Please be aware that all mandatory settings must be configured in each and every one of the clocks (displays).
