Installation

1) Install a gang box where the clock is planned to
be hung so that the gang box will be near where
the wires will be connected to the clock.

3) Since both IP Hard-Wired Prayer Clock and the
Wi-Fi Prayer Clock are locally powered, run local
power wires (110-230VAC) through a gang box,
as shown in the below images. Allow some extra
wire length for easy installation. If you are running
a power cable with 3 conductors (hot, neutral,
and ground) please note that the maximum power
cable outside diameter (thickness) should be .25"
(6.35mm). This is because the power cable has to
be run via the clock's back panel via one of the 4
available ports, which has a maximum diameter of
0.25" (6.35 mm).

2) IP Hard-Wired Prayer Clock: Run an
ethernet cable from the facility network switch
to the point of clock installation through a gang
box. Allow some extra network cable length
for easy installation.
Wi-Fi Prayer Clock: Make sure that the location of
installation is within good Wi-Fi signal range.
4) Locate a designated section of the wall capable
of supporting the clock that is at least 8.0" (20.32
cm) from the ceiling. If the clock is to be mounted
on standard drywall, additional studs are to be
added for framing purposes allowing to secure
the clock mounting plates into the wall.
