Mandatory Network Configuration – for both IP Hard-Wired and Wi-Fi
Local time configuration – GMT/UTC Offset Settings:
Local time configuration should be done only for the top located 12" square clock, as it is meant to display
local time. To set the local time configuration settings for the 12" square clock:
• Enter the clock built-in web interface and navigate to the "Clock Settings" tab for the Hard-Wired IP
model, and the "General Settings" tab, followed by the "Time Settings" tab for the Wi-Fi model, as
shown in the below images.
• In the GMT/UTC offset field, type the value of the GMT/UTC offset based on the facility's location
(where the clock is being installed). The value is the number of hours different than the GMT/UTC time,
for example, if the facility's local time is +3 hours from GMT/UTC, the value 3 should be entered in this
field. If the facility's local time is -3 hours from GMT/UTC, the value -3 is to be entered in this field.
• Bias Seconds – Some countries have 30 minutes (or even 15 minutes) GMT/UTC offset. The Bias
Seconds field will allow entering a value in seconds, enabling a fraction of the hour to be entered as
a value. For example, if the facility's GMT/UTC offset is +9:30 (nine hours and thirty minutes), the user
should enter +9 in the GMT/UTC offset field, and +1800 (which is 30 minutes x 60 seconds), as Bias
Seconds field correction is done in seconds.
• Once correct values have been typed, click on the "Submit" button for the Hard-Wired IP clocks, or
click "Change Bias/Offset" for Wi-Fi clocks.
