Fire Alarm Interface Installation The Fire Alarm Interface allows a relay closure to be connected to the NTP server that allows the user to interface the existing fire alarm with the Sapling SBD 3000 series digital clocks. N.O. When a relay closure occurs on pins 8 and 9, “FirE” will display on the digital slave clocks connected using RS485 or two wire digital communication. -

The NTP master clock can accept an input from a SNTP server, 59 minute correction, four different versions of the 58 minute correction, National Time/Rauland, Dukane digital, Rauland digital, Sapling Wireless Repeater, Once a Day pulse, GPS and Sapling’s RS485 protocol. -

What do I do? Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the power outlet and to the back of the NTP master clock.
