僅 When maintaining distance with the
vehicle ahead, if the front vehicle dis -
appears, Smart Cruise Control may
suddenly accelerate to the set speed.
Always be aware of unexpected and
sudden situations from occurring.
僅 Vehicle speed may decrease on an
upward slope and increase on a
downward slope.
僅 Always be aware of situations such as
when a vehicle cuts in suddenly.
僅 When towing a trailer or something
similar, the vehicle may experience
frequent shifting and high RPM while
driving, and the performance of
Smart Cruise Control may be compro -
mised. Always drive with caution.
僅 Turn off Smart Cruise Control when
your vehicle is being towed.
僅 Smart Cruise Control may not operate
properly if interfered by strong elec -
tromagnetic waves.
僅 Smart Cruise Control may not detect
an obstacle in front and lead to a colli -

frequent lane changes may cause a
delay in Smart Cruise Control reaction

be generated.
僅 You may not hear the warning sound
of Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
if the surrounding is noisy.

responsible for any traffic violation or
accidents caused by the driver.
僅 Always set the vehicle speed under
the speed limit in your country.
僅 If the driver's driving style changes,
distance, acceleration and the reac -
tion speed may change.

ciently to reflect the actual driving

tance, acceleration and reaction

the driver's driving style or driving

sloped roads, the vehicle may not be

僅 Smart Cruise Control may not operate
for a few seconds after the vehicle is
restarted or the front view camera or
front radar is initialized.
僅 You may hear a sound when the
brake is controlled by Smart Cruise
Control.
僅 Based on Driving Style may not reflect
the driver's driving style that is not
safe such as rapid acceleration.
