Function Description
Voltage input terminal
The maximum allowable input voltage is 600V.
Current input terminal
The maximum allowable input current is 20A.
External current sensor input terminal
The maximum allowable input voltage is 10V when EXT1 is selected. The
maximum allowable input voltage is 2V when EXT2 is selected.
RS-232/GPIB communication interface
The default interface is S-232.
