Charging the vehicle
To charge the vehicle, use a mode 2 charging
cable, a mode 3 charging cable or a fixed ca-
ble of a charging station depending on the na-
tional-market version.
The charging cable may be located in the lug-
gage compartment, for example under the lug-
gage compartment floor or in a bag.
Before disconnecting and connecting a charg-
ing cable, clean the area between the charging
socket flap and charging socket outlet and the
charging cable plug if necessary, for example
remove any snow.
Unlock the charging cable before disconnect-
ing it, if necessary.
The charging status is indicated on the indica-
tor light on the charging socket.
Keep the charging socket flap and, if applica-
ble, the charging socket cover, closed when
the charging socket is not in use.

Tyre inflation pressure information
The tyre inflation pressure information can be
found on the tyre pressure label on the body
pillar of the driver's door.
After adjusting the tyre inflation
pressure
If equipped with a Tyre Pressure Monitor, tyre
inflation pressure corrections are applied auto-
matically. Make sure that the tyre settings are
correct. For tyres that are not listed in the tyre
inflation pressure information on the control
display, reset the Tyre Pressure Monitor.
If equipped with a Flat Tyre Monitor, reinitialize
the Flat Tyre Monitor.
Checking the tyre inflation pressure
Check regularly and adjust as necessary:
▷ At least twice a month.
▷ Before a long journey.
