Setting Mix and Listening Levels using PCS
After setting up the MediaPort 300 inputs for optimal level, adjustments to the
MediaPort 300 mix and listening levels are made from the Mix page in PCS.
PCS Mix page
The Mix page consists of two panels, both of which contains two faders. Below each fader
is a text field with up and down arrow buttons and a mute button that are associated with
it. Settings can be changed in each panel by either dragging the slider button up and down,
clicking and holding the incremental spin (arrow) buttons beside the text field, or entering a
value in the text field.
To display the Mix page, click Audio Config on the main window (see figure 51,
then the Mix tab (

Stereo or Audio
The PC (USB) input receives the far end audio signal from the soft codec conference via
the USB connection. This audio is then sent to the MediaPort 300 analog line output, so
that it can be heard in the near end room through a sound reinforcement system.
