Unit Information (see

address.

Hostname — Contains a text field for renaming the selected MediaPort 300. Only

letters, numbers, and hyphens are available for device names.

NOTE: The device name also serves as the THCP/IP hostname.

USB Name — Contains a text field for assigning a new MediaPort 300 USB

device name that is displayed by the connected USB host device (default is Extron

MediaPort 300).

Date and Time — Displays date, time, and time zone information. All information

can be set manually or parameters can be synced to the host PC.

Password — Contains fields for setting administrator and user passwords.

Edit Communication Settings radio button — Opens a dialog box from which

you can select DHCP mode and edit the IP address, gateway address.
