If Stop button is clicked during the test procedure, the test continues running for Test Duration (until the current testing is
done), and stops thereafter. After the test procedure, the default configuration is restored without any link failure. It is
recommended to Disable ACS on BSU and Enable ACS on SU, before the test procedure.
Tabulated below are the RLT Performance parameters.
Parameter
SU Name
MCS Index
(Single Stream / Dual Stream)
SNR Offset
Packet Size
Direction
Test Duration

Approx. Time
: When multiple choices are selected for one Parameter, multiple tests are run, one for each instance of the
parameter.i.e. if both Downlink, Uplink and Bidirectional are selected, then three sets of test are run. One with uplink
packet only, one with downlink packet only and one with both uplink and downlink packet simultaneously.
Device Management Guide
Select the Subscriber Unit with which Radio Link Test should be done.
Select Single Stream or Dual Stream or both.
Single Stream: Select Single, for reliability and longer range. (Default:0)
Dual Stream: Select Dual, for higher throughput.
This is an Offset/Threshold to be added to the Minimum Required SNR for calculating the
supported data rates. (Default value: 3 dB)
Size of packet used for the test (Default value: 1500 Bytes)
Direction of the traffic (Downlink/Uplink/Bidirectional). (Default: Bidirectional)
Time duration for which the Radio Link Test is performed (Default: 60 seconds)
This parameter allows the user to select and operate in a preferred channel.
The approximate estimated time required for the RLT performance test to complete.
