– Supports RDIMM w/ ECC, LRDIMM, 3DS-RDIMM, 3DS-LRDIMM and
Optane PMem (Optane PMem support for CX2560 M6 only)
– Supports DDR4 RDIMM up to 3200 MT/s
– Up to 2 TB/CPU (CX2550 M6) or up to 3 TB/CPU (CX2560 M6) using DDR4
DIMM (256 GB modules)
– Up to 4 TB/CPU using Optane PMem (256 GB modules) + DDR4 (128 GB
modules)
– Error detection and correction (ECC)
– ADDDC sparing (Virtual lockstep mode)
– SDDC mode is not supported
