Remedy
2. Notify Metrohm Service.
Check the rinsing time (see "Checking the rins-
ing time", page 83).
Check all connections.
Clean the MSM (see Chapter 5.11.3.4, page
77) or replace parts (see Chapter 5.11.3.5,
page 80).
Connect the MSM (see Chapter 3.11, page
29).
Change the eluent (see Chapter 5.4.2, page
55).
Check the flow of the regeneration solution
and of the rinsing solution .
Check all of the connections along the eluent
path and fix the leak.
Check the eluent path and eliminate the block-
age.
Check the connectors of the eluent degas-
ser .
Deaerate the high-pressure pump (see
Chapter 3.17, page 42).
See problem "MSM – Insufficient flow of
regeneration solution or rinsing solution."
Regenerate the MSM (see Chapter 5.11.3.2,
page 75).
Regenerate the SPM (see Chapter 5.11.3.2,
page 75).
Regenerate the separation column (see
Chapter 5.14.4, page 84).
Replace the separation column (see "Con-
necting the separation column", page 48).
