1.13 HEART RATE CONTROL (HRC) PROGRAM
HRC: Detect user's actual heart rate through wireless receiver and set different the
heart rate data as goal to adjust speed and incline during running.
1.13.1 After turning on the power, press "PROG" key to choose HP1/ HP2/ HP3 for HRC
function. Press "MODE" key and rotate "SPEED QUICK WHEEL" button or "INCLINE
QUICK WHEEL" button to adjust age after seeing "AG: 30" shown on the screen.
1.13.2 Press "MODE" key again to enter the setting of heart rate. The standard heart
rate is fixed at different data from HP1 to HP3. Heart rate data can be adjusted from
100 to 210. User can rotate "SPEED QUICK WHEEL" button or "INCLINE QUICK WHEEL"
button to adjust the data.
Formula is calculated as below:
HP1 is T.H.R = (220-age) x 75%, maximum speed is 8.0km/h
HP2 is T.H.R = (220-age) x 85%, maximum speed is 9.0km/h
HP3 is T.H.R = (220-age) x 100%, maximum speed is 10.0km/h
After finishing the setting of HRC data, user can press "MODE" key to modify the time.
When "TIME" window flashes, it displays the default time as 30:00 minutes, and user
can rotate "SPEED QUICK WHEEL" button or "INCLINE QUICK WHEEL" button to set up
time.
1.13.3 Press "START" key to begin the workout (Remember you only can press "START"
key after all setting are completed.)
NOTE: The wireless chest belt must be attached to detect the heart rate.
1.13.4 During the operating of HRC programs, user can rotate "SPEED QUICK WHEEL"
button or "INCLINE QUICK WHEEL" button to adjust speed and incline, but the system
will still automatically adjust the data to reach the Target Heart Rate.
The system will automatically adjust speed or incline based on current Heart Rate one
